Our journey through Peru took travelers deep into the heart of the Sacred Valley, where breathtaking landscapes, ancient Inca history, and authentic cultural encounters came together. From exploring the vibrant Pisac Market and the impressive Pisac Archaeological Park to connecting with local artisans during a traditional weaving demonstration in the Amaru community, every day offered a deeper appreciation for Peru’s rich heritage!
The adventure continued through the remarkable terraces of Moray, the iconic Maras Salt Mines, and the ancient fortress of Ollantaytambo before reaching the unforgettable Machu Picchu. Many travelers also challenged themselves with the hike up Montaña Machu Picchu for spectacular views over the surrounding Andes.
To round out the experience, the group learned to prepare traditional Peruvian dishes during a hands-on cooking class, while those looking for even more adventure had the option to hike the colourful landscapes of Palcoyo Rainbow Mountain. It was a journey defined by adventure, culture, and meaningful connections that will be remembered long after returning home.
