Each trip is organized from beginning to end, and we’ll be accompanied by a knowledgeable local guide who will lead us throughout the journey!

Any selected add-ons or room upgrades will be included in your final booking and reflected in your payment details provided after approval.

Who do I pay?

All payments are made securely through our licensed travel partner, who manages bookings, processes payments, and provides all official confirmations and terms. This ensures a smooth, safe, and fully compliant booking experience.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment methods will be provided directly by our licensed travel partner during checkout and may vary depending on your location.

Is my spot confirmed after submitting the form?

Submitting the form is only a request to join the trip. Once reviewed and approved, you’ll receive instructions to complete your booking and payment through our licensed travel partner, at which point your spot will be officially confirmed.

How do I book a CAYA trip?

To get started, simply click “Request Your Spot” on any trip page and fill out the form with your details. All requests are reviewed before confirmation. Once approved, you’ll receive a secure payment link from our licensed travel partner to complete your booking.

What if I need to cancel?

If your plans change, please reach out to CAYA Travels or our licensed travel partner’s support team as soon as possible through the Contact section of the website.

All cancellation policies, deadlines, credits, and applicable fees are detailed in the terms and conditions below, which we recommend reviewing before confirming your spot.

Who will I be sharing a room with?

If you choose double occupancy, you’ll have the option to select your own roommate under “special requests” at the time of booking. If you’re traveling solo and don’t have someone in mind, we’ll pair you with another traveler in the group. We do our best to match roommates based on similarities.

What kind of accommodations can I expect?

Accommodations on CAYA group trips are a thoughtful blend of high-quality 3 and 4 star hotels, selected for their comfort, location, and inclusive environments. Every property is vetted to ensure it is LGBTQ+ friendly, so you can travel with confidence and ease.

Guests can choose between single occupancy for added privacy or double occupancy to share the experience with another traveler.

What if I need assistance during the trip?

You’re never on your own during a CAYA trip. Your host and local guide will be there throughout the journey to support you, and both CAYA and our licensed travel partner’s support teams are also available if required.

Do you offer travel insurance?

We do not provide insurance directly, but we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, or emergencies.

Do you offer assistance with visas and travel documentation?

While we don’t handle visas directly, we provide guidance and recommend checking official government and embassy resources for the most up-to-date requirements.
